Babra City Sweeping, Cleaning & Beautification Tender Under SSSY-2025-26

The selected contractor will be responsible for the following scope of work:

• Conduct daily sweeping and cleaning of designated city areas as per the location chart.
• Ensure proper waste collection and disposal at specified points.
• Implement city beautification activities, including planting and maintenance of greenery.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with municipal regulations.
• Coordinate with Babra Nagarpalika for schedule adherence and quality control.

The process involves:

1. Receiving the work orders and location charts.
2. Mobilizing necessary manpower and equipment.
3. Executing daily sweeping, cleaning, and beautification tasks.
4. Regularly reporting progress to the Babra Nagarpalika.
5. Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

The contractor must ensure timely completion within the 12-month period and adhere to all specified standards and safety protocols.

The contractor shall follow the detailed technical specifications outlined in the tender documents, including quality standards for cleaning and beautification materials. The process involves initial site assessment, mobilization of resources, execution of tasks, and periodic quality checks. All equipment used must be compliant with safety and environmental norms. The technical team must coordinate with Babra Nagarpalika for site-specific requirements and reporting.

The estimated project cost is approximately ₹53,97,733.00, which covers all labor, materials, equipment, and miscellaneous expenses. Payment will be made in installments based on milestones achieved, as per the terms specified in the tender. The payment schedule includes:

• An initial mobilization advance upon contract signing.
• Progress payments based on work completion reports.
• Final payment after successful project completion and acceptance.
