The scope of work includes:

Bidders are required to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and timely reporting during all phases of the project.

Sequential procedures include:

1. Submission of technical bid documents.
2. Technical evaluation based on compliance and experience.
3. Site inspection (if applicable).
4. Final approval for project commencement.

All technical activities must adhere strictly to the technical specifications and safety guidelines prescribed by the authorities.

The estimated project cost is ₹44,44,488, which includes labour charges, material handling, and other associated costs. Payment will be made based on milestones achieved, subject to certification by the designated authority. The payment schedule is as follows:

• 10% upon contract signing.
• 30% after completion of erection activities.
• 30% after successful testing and commissioning.
• 30% after project completion and approval.

Bidders must submit a refundable EMD of ₹44,445 along with their bid, payable to the Executive Engineer, UGVCL, Bavla division. The bid validity period is 120 days from the bid submission deadline.
