✓ Must submit the latest Income Tax Return for Assessment Year 2025-26.
✓ Must provide a solvency certificate equal to 25% of the tender amount, issued by a recognized bank, with minimum validity on the date of submission.
✓ Must submit tender fee demand draft of ₹1500 (non-refundable).
✓ Must provide earnest money deposit (EMD) in the form of a fixed deposit receipt from a bank or an exemption certificate issued by GSPHCL.
✓ Must possess Goods & Service Tax (GST) registration certificate.
✓ Must submit a copy of the Provident Fund registration with code number.
✓ Must submit an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.300/-, duly attested.
✓ Must have relevant work experience in civil construction projects.
