The selected contractor will be responsible for the following:

• Supplying and installing Temporary Electrical Installations (E.I.) for the parade and main event.
• Providing Air Conditioning Machines suitable for event requirements.
• Supplying Diesel Generator Sets with adequate capacity to support all electrical loads during the event.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality specifications as per tender documents.
• Coordinating with the event organizers for timely setup and dismantling.

The process involves:

1. Reviewing the tender documents and technical specifications.
2. Submitting the bid along with all required documents before the deadline.
3. Participating in the bid opening process.
4. Awarding and signing the contract.
5. Executing the work as per the approved schedule.
6. Ensuring all electrical equipment is tested and operational before the event.

The contractor must ensure all equipment meets the technical and safety standards specified in the tender documents.

The technical specifications for the electrical equipment are as follows:

Sequential procedures include:

1. Inspection of equipment upon delivery.
2. Testing as per IS standards.
3. Installation and commissioning before the event.
4. Final testing and handover.

All equipment must be compliant with the relevant Indian Standards and safety regulations.

The estimated project cost is approximately ₹36,97,942.55. The financial proposal should include a detailed breakdown:

Payment terms are as follows:

• 30% advance on contract signing.
• 40% after delivery and installation.
• 30% after successful testing and event completion.
  All payments are subject to submission of valid invoices and compliance with contractual obligations.
