Bidders are required to submit a bid security deposit (EMD) of an amount specified in the tender documents, payable through bank guarantee or demand draft. The financial bid should include percentage rates for the work, with payment terms linked to project milestones. Payments will be made based on approved work completion and certification. Bidders must provide detailed cost breakdowns, including material, labor, and overheads. The bid validity period is 90 days from the bid opening date.
