The estimated project cost is approximately 45.84 lakh INR, which includes materials, labor, and overheads. Bidders must submit a refundable Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of an amount specified in the tender documents, payable via DD or bank guarantee. The tender fee of 1180 INR is non-refundable. Payment terms are as follows:

• 10% advance upon contract signing.
• 40% after completion of erection.
• 30% after successful testing.
• 20% on project completion and handover.

The total bid value must be inclusive of all taxes and duties. Payment will be processed as per the schedule outlined in the contract, subject to approval of work progress and quality standards.
