The estimated project cost is INR 24,84,935. The financial bid should include a detailed breakdown of costs, including materials, labor, and overheads. Payment terms are linked to project milestones, with an initial mobilization advance and subsequent payments upon completion of specified phases. The bid must specify the percentage rate for the entire scope of work, valid for 120 days from submission.

Payment Schedule:

• 10% advance on award.
• 40% after completion of erection.
• 50% after successful testing and commissioning.

All financial transactions must be supported by valid invoices and bank guarantees as per tender terms.
