The contractor must use high-precision fault detection equipment capable of locating faults within underground cables with an accuracy of ±1 meter. The cables are rated for 11kV, with specifications as follows:

1. Connect testing equipment at accessible points.
2. Perform insulation resistance tests.
3. Use TDR to locate faults.
4. Mark fault locations.
5. Proceed with repair and jointing as per technical standards.

The estimated project cost is approximately 9.9 lakh INR. The financial breakdown includes:

Payment terms:

• 30% advance upon contract signing.
• 50% after completion of fault detection.
• 20% after final testing and approval.
  All payments are subject to submission of valid invoices and certification from PGVCL authorities.
