The estimated project cost is approximately 28,00,000 INR. The bidder must submit a tender fee of 3,540 INR and EMD as specified, payable to DGVCL, Vapi Rural Division. Payment terms include:

• 10% advance upon contract signing.
• 40% after completion of 50% of work.
• 50% after final completion and acceptance.
  The total bid value should include all costs related to materials, labor, safety, and contingencies. The bid validity period is 180 days from the bid submission deadline, ensuring price stability during evaluation.
