Government Tender for Hiring of AC Jeep/SUV with Driver for Power Sector Testing in Gujarat

The selected contractor will be responsible for providing closed body AC Jeep/SUV vehicles that meet the following specifications:

• Vehicle Type: Petrol/Diesel Jeep or MUV, preferably nine or more seater
• Model Year: Not registered before 3 years from the tender opening date
• Operational Hours: 12 hours per day, 6 days a week
• Monthly Kilometer Limit: 3000 km
• Driver: Experienced, licensed, and trained
• Vehicle Condition: Up-to-date, well-maintained, passing all safety and fitness standards

Key deliverables include:

• Supplying vehicles with valid RC, PUC, insurance, and fitness certificates
• Ensuring vehicles are in excellent condition and comply with government safety standards
• Maintaining records of fuel receipts, vehicle logs, and maintenance
• Providing drivers with proper licenses and training

Process for engagement:

1. Submission of bid documents including technical specifications and eligibility proofs

   . 3. Contract signing and commencement of vehicle deployment
   . 4. Regular monitoring and compliance checks throughout the contract period.

The contractor must also adhere to all safety, environmental, and operational guidelines issued by the government and GETCO.

Payments will be made quarterly based on verified service delivery and submitted invoices. The financial bid must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and charges. The contract will be awarded to the lowest technically compliant bidder, with a focus on cost-effectiveness and quality of service.
