Government Tender for Hiring Closed Body Bolero Vehicle for 24 Hrs at Jamnagar

The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a closed body Bolero vehicle for 24 hours daily in Jamnagar, under the jurisdiction of PGVCL. Key deliverables include:

• Supplying a new or certified pre-owned vehicle as per specifications.
• Ensuring vehicle fitness, insurance, and valid driver licenses.
• Providing vehicle within 30 days of order receipt, confirmed through undertaking on stamp paper.
• Maintaining vehicle cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness.
• Ensuring vehicle availability for internal/official work as per schedule.

The process involves:

1. Submission of technical documents including EMD, tender fee, PAN, vehicle registration, fitness, and insurance certificates.
2. Technical evaluation based on submitted documents.
3. Price bid submission after technical clearance.
4. Final selection based on evaluation criteria.

The contractor must adhere to all government regulations and safety standards throughout the contract period.

The vehicle must be a Bolero model with a closed body, complying with the following parameters:

Sequential process:

1. Submit technical documents including vehicle registration, fitness, and insurance.
2. Vehicle inspection by authorized officials.
3. Approval and vehicle deployment.

The vehicle must be maintained in excellent condition, with all safety features functional and compliant with government standards.

The total estimated budget for this tender is Rs. 15,00,000, inclusive of all taxes and charges. Payment will be made in installments based on milestones or monthly basis, as per contract terms. The breakdown is as follows:

Payment Schedule:

• 30% advance upon contract signing.
• 40% after vehicle deployment and initial inspection.
• 30% after successful completion of each quarter.

All payments are subject to submission of valid invoices and compliance with contractual obligations.
