Government Tender for Hiring Closed Body Diesel Jeep Bolero Vehicle in Deesa

The scope of work includes:

• Providing a closed body Diesel Bolero Jeep (BS-6) vehicle for government use in Deesa, Gujarat.
• Ensuring the vehicle is non-A/C and equipped with maxi passing with driver for 24-hour service.
• The vehicle must be well-maintained, compliant with safety standards, and suitable for official government duties.
• The service provider shall be responsible for vehicle operation, maintenance, and driver management.
• The contract duration is 24 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Bidder responsibilities include:

1. Submitting all required documents as per tender guidelines.
2. Ensuring vehicle availability from the start date.
3. Maintaining vehicle condition throughout the contract period.
4. Complying with all safety and operational standards.
5. Providing timely reports and updates to the contracting authority.

The successful bidder must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing vehicle operation and safety in Gujarat.

The vehicle must conform to the following technical parameters:

Sequential process for vehicle deployment:

1. Bidder submits vehicle details and certification documents.
2. Vehicle inspection and verification by authorities.
3. Vehicle registration and insurance validation.
4. Final approval and commencement of service.

The vehicle must be equipped with GPS tracking, emergency communication systems, and regular maintenance logs as per government standards.

The estimated contract value is approximately INR 17,487,120 for the 24-month period. Payment terms are as follows:

Bidders must submit a bid security deposit (EMD) of INR 1,74,871.20, equivalent to 1% of the estimated cost, along with their bid. Payment shall be made via bank guarantee or demand draft as specified in the tender documents. All financial proposals must be inclusive of applicable taxes and duties.
