Bidders must submit a bid security (EMD) of an amount specified in the tender documents, payable via UTR transaction. The successful bidder will be paid in installments based on approved invoices and verified performance reports. All financial proposals must be valid for at least 180 days from the bid submission deadline. The tender fee of 1180 INR is non-refundable and must be paid along with the bid submission.
