Government Tender for Hiring Maxi Passing Bolero/Force Pickup Model BS-6 for Dahod Division

The selected bidder will be responsible for providing a Maxi passing Bolero/Force Pickup (Closed Body), Model BS-6, latest model, white color, starting from January 2026. The scope includes:

• Supplying one vehicle suitable for daily operations for a period of 2 years.
• Ensuring the vehicle is compliant with BS-6 emission standards.
• Maintaining the vehicle in good operational condition throughout the contract period.
• Providing regular maintenance and servicing as per manufacturer guidelines.
• Operating the vehicle for 12 hours per day, covering approximately 3000 km per month.

The process involves:

1. Submission of bid documents including technical specifications and financial details.
2. Evaluation based on eligibility and technical compliance.
3. Awarding the contract to the most suitable bidder.

The vehicle must be new, unused, and conform to all safety standards applicable for government procurement.

The vehicle must conform to the following technical parameters:

Sequential process for technical compliance:

1. Submit vehicle specifications along with certification documents.
2. Ensure vehicle meets BS-6 emission standards.
3. Vehicle inspection and approval by authorized officials.
4. Final approval and contract signing.

The vehicle must be new, unused, and equipped with necessary safety features as per government standards.

The estimated cost for the vehicle is INR 13,35,600, inclusive of all taxes and duties. Payment terms are as follows:

• 30% advance payment upon contract signing.
• 50% after delivery and inspection.
• Remaining 20% after successful completion of 6 months of operation.

Bidders must provide detailed financial proposals, including breakdown of costs, taxes, and applicable charges. Payment will be processed through electronic transfer following submission of valid invoices and compliance with contractual terms.
