Government Tender for Hiring Non-AC Diesel Jeep for Power Division in Surat

The scope of work for this tender includes:

• Supplying a non-AC closed body diesel-driven jeep suitable for power division operations.
• Vehicle must be passing not more than three months old at the time of deployment.
• The vehicle should operate reliably for a duration of 3 years and 12 hours daily.

• The vehicle should be registered and insured as per government norms.

The vehicle must conform to the following technical parameters:

Sequential process for technical compliance:

1. Submit vehicle registration and insurance documents.

Bidders must ensure all technical specifications are met before submission. Non-compliance may lead to disqualification.

The estimated cost for the entire contract is INR 17,24,400. The financial proposal should include the bid amount for the 3-year period, inclusive of all taxes and charges. Payment terms are as follows:

• 30% advance upon contract signing.
• 40% after 12 months of satisfactory vehicle operation.
• Remaining 30% upon completion of the contract period.
