The scope includes:

The process involves:

1. Site inspection and marking of trees.
2. Surface preparation including cleaning.
3. Application of primer if required.
4. Applying the specified number of coats of Geru-chuno.
5. Final inspection and approval.

The contractor must ensure safety, environmental compliance, and timely completion as per the project timeline.

The selected paint, Geru-chuno, must meet the following technical parameters:

Sequential process:

1. Conduct site inspection.
2. Prepare the surface.
3. Apply primer if necessary.
4. Apply first coat of Geru-chuno.
5. Allow drying, then apply second coat.
6. Final inspection and approval.

The contractor must ensure all technical standards are adhered to for durability and environmental safety.

The estimated project budget ranges from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 1,00,000, depending on the number of trees and area. The breakdown includes:

Payment terms:

• 30% advance upon contract signing.
• 40% after completion of surface preparation.
• 30% after final inspection and approval.

All payments will be processed as per the agreed schedule, subject to submission of valid invoices and completion certificates.
