• 30% upon contract signing.
• 40% after hardware and software deployment.
• 30% upon successful system commissioning.
  Bidders must submit a detailed financial proposal aligned with the tender format, including cost breakdowns for hardware, software, training, and support services. All costs should be inclusive of taxes and applicable charges. The bid must also include a refundable EMD of INR 23,914 (1% of estimated cost) payable as per the instructions in the tender documents.
