The estimated project cost is Rs. 1,17,682.17, inclusive of all taxes and charges. The payment schedule is as follows:

• 30% advance payment upon contract signing.
• 40% after installation and successful testing.
• 30% upon completion and acceptance.

Bidders must submit a detailed financial bid along with supporting documents. The bid should include breakdowns of equipment costs, labor, transportation, and miscellaneous expenses. All payments are subject to approval of the submitted invoices and compliance with contractual terms. The bid validity period is 120 days from the submission deadline.
