The scope of work includes:

• Conducting detailed site survey and underground utility verification.
• Engineering design, procurement, and supply of all materials and equipment.
• Loading, transportation, unloading, and insurance of materials.
• Delivery and handling of materials at the site.
• Civil works including civil foundation, civil works for underground cable laying, and civil structures.
• Installation of underground cables, including trenching, laying, and jointing.
• Erection of civil structures such as FSP/MSP, ring main systems, and civil pillars.
• Testing and commissioning of the entire underground cable network.
• Asset tagging and GIS mapping using GUVNL-developed Geo Urja Mapping.
• Documentation and submission of all project-related reports.

The project must adhere to all technical specifications outlined in the tender documents, including safety and quality standards.

The project requires adherence to the following technical parameters:

Sequential procedures include site survey, civil foundation construction, cable laying, jointing, civil structure erection, GIS asset tagging, testing, and commissioning.

The estimated project cost ranges from Rs. 20 million to Rs. 25 million, inclusive of all civil, electrical, and GIS works. The financial breakdown is as follows:

The bidder must submit a detailed financial proposal, including payment schedule: 30% advance, 40% at mid-completion, and 30% on project completion and acceptance. All payments are subject to verification of work progress and compliance with specifications.
