1. Registration on the e-procurement portal.
2. Download tender documents.
3. Submit bid with all required documents.
4. Attend pre-bid meeting if scheduled.
5. Bid opening and evaluation.
6. Award of contract.

The total estimated budget for this tender is ₹15,00,000. Bidders must submit a refundable EMD of 1% of the estimated cost, i.e., ₹15,000. The tender fee of ₹1180 is non-refundable. Payment terms include a 30-day payment schedule post completion of each month’s work, subject to submission of progress and safety reports. The financial bid should specify the unit rates for loading/unloading services, inclusive of all taxes and charges. Successful bidders will sign a contract with PGVCL, adhering to the payment schedule and compliance requirements.
