The selected contractor will be responsible for executing the following activities:

• Planning and coordination for vaccination and sterilization of stray dogs in Bhuj city.
• Conducting vaccination against rabies and other common canine diseases.
• Performing castration and sterilization procedures to reduce stray dog populations.
• Ensuring humane handling and care of animals during procedures.
• Maintaining detailed records of all animals treated, including vaccination and sterilization data.
• Providing post-operative care and monitoring.

The process will follow these steps:

1. Initial survey and planning to identify target areas.
2. Mobilization of veterinary teams and equipment.
3. Execution of vaccination and sterilization as per approved protocols.
4. Post-procedure monitoring and reporting.
5. Final reporting and documentation to Bhuj Nagarpalika.

Payment terms:
