The selected service provider will be responsible for:

• Designing and delivering comprehensive Safety & Technical Competency Training modules tailored for CGD manpower.
• Conducting assessments to evaluate technical skills and safety awareness.
• Providing certification upon successful completion of training programs.
• Ensuring training content complies with industry safety standards and government regulations.
• Managing training logistics across multiple locations.

Key deliverables include:

• Development of training curriculum and assessment tools.
• Conducting training sessions at designated locations.
• Preparing and submitting progress reports.
• Conducting final assessments and issuing certificates.

Process outline:

1. Receive training requirements and schedule from GEL.
2. Develop training modules and assessment criteria.
3. Conduct training sessions as per schedule.
4. Perform assessments and evaluations.
5. Submit certification and final reports.

The process involves:

• Reviewing detailed technical requirements.
• Preparing training content aligned with standards.
• Conducting pilot sessions for validation.
• Final delivery and assessment execution.
• Certification issuance as per guidelines.

The total budget for this project is fixed, with a contract value to be awarded based on the bid evaluation. The financial proposal must include detailed cost breakdowns covering training sessions, assessment, certification, and logistics. Payment terms are linked to milestone achievements, with payments released upon successful completion of each phase. The minimum bid amount should not be less than INR 26,000 (EMD). The financial proposal must be submitted in the prescribed format, ensuring transparency and compliance with tender guidelines.

Payment Schedule:

• 30% advance upon contract signing.
• 40% after completion of training.
• 30% after final assessment and certification.
