1. Receive and review the detailed tender document.
2. Submit the required technical and commercial bids within the deadline.
3. Participate in the evaluation process.
4. Finalize and execute the contract upon award.

The service provider must ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and adherence to safety norms throughout the project duration.

The technical specifications include:

Sequential process:

1. Prepare training content based on detailed syllabus.
2. Conduct training sessions as per schedule.
3. Perform assessments and evaluations.
4. Issue certificates upon successful completion.

Technical compliance is mandatory to meet industry safety standards and government regulations, ensuring workforce competency.

The total budget for this project is estimated between ₹10 lakh to ₹15 lakh, based on scope and deliverables. The payment will be made in installments linked to milestones achieved, including submission of reports, successful assessments, and certification.

Payment terms:

• 30% advance upon contract signing.
• 40% after completion of training sessions.
• Remaining 30% after submission of final reports and certifications.

All payments are subject to approval of deliverables and compliance with contractual terms.
