The selected service provider will be responsible for:

• Supplying and setting up Audio-Visual Equipment including projectors, screens, sound systems, and microphones.
• Providing Lighting Decoration services for various events, ensuring aesthetic appeal and technical quality.
• Managing DJ Setup including sound mixing, playlist management, and equipment operation.
• Supplying Generators with sufficient capacity to support event power needs.
• Offering Operator Support for all equipment during events.

The process includes:

1. Preparation and site assessment by the vendor.
2. Delivery and installation of equipment at designated venues.
3. Operational support during event timings.
4. Dismantling and removal post-event.

Payment terms are as follows:

• 30% advance upon contract signing.
• 50% after delivery and setup.
• Remaining 20% after successful completion of each event.
