Essential experience in Form 3A issued by competent authority (which is online submitted by the bidder) of (A) At least One similar work (i.e. Temporary LED Screen, Videography and multimedia setup in Govt. program successfully completed) having updated completion cost not less than Rs. 7,50,000/-. (B) If the work is Completed before Nov-2023, then 18 Percentage GST Amount will be deducted from the amount shown in Form-3A which is online submitted by the Bidder. If the work is completed in OR after Nov-2023 then the full amount as per the Form-3A Which is Online submitted by the bidder will be considered. (C) Such Work must have been completed in any one year of last five financial year i.e. from 01/04/2021 till the due date of bid for this work. Note: work order & Bill pertaining to form 3A submitted with online may be asked to present if required by the tendering authority. Similar work means having an experience of Temporary LED Screen, Videography and Multimedia Setup for Various Government function, in the state of Gujarat. Only LED and Videography and multimedia setup. If the Work (shown in Form-3A) carried out/Organized by Government department, then only it will be considered/accepted. If submitted Form 3A is combined of LED Screen, Videography and Multimedia Setup then breakup of each should be submitted along with certified copy of bill and Agreement.

Annual turnover in any one of the last Five Financial years (2021-2026), ending 31st march of the previous financial year, should be at least 2 times of the estimated cost (i.e. Rs.30.00 Lakh) Bidder has to submit turnover certificate which is verified and authorized by Charted Accountant. The UDIN mandatorily mentioned on the turnover certificate.
