Power Sector Tender for Labour Work: Erection & Maintenance of HT, LT & TC in Botad

The scope of work includes:

• Erection and maintenance of HT (High Tension), LT (Low Tension), and TC (Transformers and related equipment) under various schemes.
• Implementation of schemes under SPA and other government schemes in the Botad Rural Sub Division.
• Installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment as per technical specifications.
• Routine and preventive maintenance of existing power infrastructure.
• Coordination with PGVCL officials for site inspections, approvals, and reporting.

The process involves:

1. Receiving the work order from PGVCL.
2. Mobilizing skilled manpower and equipment.
3. Executing erection and maintenance activities as per approved drawings and standards.
4. Conducting quality checks and safety inspections.
5. Completing work within the stipulated 12 months.

All work must adhere to safety norms and technical standards prescribed by PGVCL and relevant authorities.

Technical compliance is mandatory for bid qualification.

The estimated project cost is INR 15,00,000. Bidders must submit a bid security (EMD) equivalent to 1% of the estimated cost, i.e., INR 15,000. The financial bid should be in the form of a percentage rate for the work, with the lowest bid likely to be awarded. Payment terms include:

• 10% advance on work order.
• 70% payment after completion of erection and initial testing.
• 20% after final acceptance and certification.

Bidders should prepare detailed cost breakdowns covering manpower, materials, equipment, and overheads. All financial documents must be submitted in the prescribed format and within the deadline.
