5. Carting and disposal of desilted materials.
6. Restoration of drainage lines to operational condition.

Sequential process:

1. Mobilize equipment and personnel.
2. Conduct site inspection.
3. Enter machine holes following safety protocols.
4. Remove silt and debris.
5. Use dewatering pumps for efficient removal.
6. Cart away desilted material.
7. Restore line integrity.

The estimated budget for this project ranges from Rs. 15 lakhs to Rs. 20 lakhs, inclusive of all taxes and charges. The financial breakdown is as follows:

Payment terms:

• 10% advance upon award.
• 40% after completion of initial desilting.
• 50% upon final approval and submission of completion report.
• Payments will be made through electronic transfer as per the schedule.
