• Accessories: raw water feeding pump, storage tank with specified material and capacity, inlet/outlet piping, and antiscalant for silica up to 10 ppm and mica up to 100 ppm.
• Display: digital display with real-time indicators; storage tank capacity and material must be disclosed; installation scope includes all required fittings and commissioning.
• Warranty options and comprehensive coverage may supersede catalogue warranties; supplier to include installation and commissioning in scope.

Terms, Conditions & Eligibility

• EMD and performance security: Submit as per buyer terms; ensure compliance with option clause allowing up to 25% quantity variation.
• Experience & turnover: minimum turnover ₹50 Lakh per year for last 2 years; provide experience in similar water treatment deployments; provide 5 recent work completion certificates.
• Documents: GST certificate, PAN, UID, ISO certificate, manufacturer authorization, current GST return (GSTR-3B), ITR AY 2023-24 to 2025-26; notary affidavit of non-blacklisting; sample to be provided before bid.
• Delivery & installation: delivery period and commissioning included; ensure inlet/outlet pipe fittings from raw water sources to purification system are provided.
• Other conditions: bidder must submit colorful item catalog, annual turnover certificates, and previous CARC/purchaser certificates; authorization and OEM documentation required.
