The purchaser may increase or decrease quantity up to 25% of bid quantity at contract placement and during the currency of the contract, with extension time calculated as (Increased quantity ÷ Original quantity) × Original delivery period, minimum 30 days.

Delivery begins from the last date of the original delivery order. If the option clause is exercised, extended delivery time follows the same formula with a minimum of 30 days; the extended time may be used to accommodate increased quantities.

The EMD amount is ₹60,000 payable as specified in the terms; bidders must attach proof of payment with the bid. This amount supports bid security and is refundable as per standard procurement rules.

Bidders must show a minimum average annual turnover for the last three years ending March 31 of the previous financial year, documented by audited statements or CA/Cost Accountant certificates. OEM turnover must meet the same criterion for the offered product.
