Bidders must submit a pre-bid meeting report, obtain a minimum GEM rating of 4+, provide GST 3B challan for the last 6 months, and include a Manufacturer’s Authorization/MAF for onsite support and warranty. Required documents include GST registration and GST 3B challan for the last 6 months, PAN, company profile, experience certificates, financial statements, EMD documentation, OEM authorization/MAF, pre-bid meeting report, and sample submission proof. Ensure on-site warranty capability is clearly demonstrated.

The tender requires warranty on both whole items and spare parts. Provide a defined warranty period from delivery date and details of onsite support, including response times and coverage for genset and trolley. OEM warranty terms should be included in the bid and supported by MAF.

Delivery timing follows the option clause: extended time = (increased quantity ÷ original quantity) × original delivery period, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 days. Purchaser may adjust quantity by up to 25% during contract tenure at contracted rates.

A minimum 4+ GeM portal rating is required. Bidders should hold GeM Silver Certificate and GeM Gold Certificate where applicable, ensuring authenticity of GeM profile and supplier credibility compliant with GeM ATC terms.

Submission of the mandatory pre-bid meeting report is required. This includes documenting inquiries, clarifications, and responses. Ensure all questions are aligned with the scope of RO plant with genset and trolley and warranty terms; attach supporting documents as needed.
