Submit PAN, GSTIN, cancelled cheque, EFT mandate, ISO 9001 certificate, Material Test Certificate, OEM authorization (if applicable), and evidence of service centers in India. Ensure sample is approved by the board before bid opening.

Product scope includes crankshaft assemblies, spark plugs, bearings, valve covers, main gearcase parts, all sized for 41 mm bearings as listed. Provide MTC, packaging in sealed corporate packing, and ensure compliance with quality standards and OEM traceability.

Sample approval must occur within 48 hours prior to bid opening. Commercial bids are opened only after the board approves the submitted samples, ensuring quality and authenticity of the supplier’s items.

A 2-year warranty applies from final acceptance or after installation and testing. OEM warranty certificates must accompany delivery, and the seller must provide post-sales service and maintenance capabilities across India.

All items are to be supplied to Joshimath, Uttarakhand. The bidder must coordinate installation and commissioning if included, with service centers documented for after-sales support.

Mandatory ISO 9001 certification for bidder or OEM, plus Material Test Certificate with each supply. Non-compliance leads to rejection; ensure board-approved samples and proper packing per ATC.

Buyer lab tests the material using the provided MTC; post-dispatch inspection may occur. Acceptance relies on lab results and conformance with 41 mm bearing specifications, packing integrity, and warranty compliance.
