If the work is completed in OR after Nov-2023 then the full amount as per the Form-3A Which is Online submitted by the bidder will be considered. (C) Such Work must have been completed in any one year of last five financial year i.e. from 01/04/2021 till the due date of bid for this work. Note: work order & Bill pertaining to form 3A submitted with online may be asked to present if required by the tendering authority. Similar work means having an experience of Sound System Work for Various Temporary Government function, in the state of Gujarat. If the Work (shown in Form-3A) carried out/Organized by Government department, then only it will be considered/accepted. If submitted Form 3A is combined of Light, sound & LED then breakup of each should be submitted along with certified copy of bill and Agreement
