Tender for Condenser Tubes Cleaning at KLTPS Using High Pressure Water Jetting & Bullet Shot Method

The scope of work includes:

• Cleaning condenser tubes using high-pressure water jetting with rotary nozzles to remove deposits and fouling.
• Employing bullet shot method with phosphor bronze bullets for thorough cleaning during scheduled outages.
• Performing cleaning during AOH (Annual Overhaul) or COH (Cycle Overhaul), and as needed, to maintain plant efficiency.
• Ensuring minimal damage to tubes and associated components during cleaning.
• Adhering to safety and environmental standards throughout the operation.

The process involves the following steps:

1. Preparation and safety checks before cleaning.
2. Setting up high-pressure water jetting equipment with rotary nozzles.
3. Executing water jetting to dislodge and remove deposits.
4. Conducting bullet shot cleaning with phosphor bronze bullets.
5. Inspection and verification of cleaned tubes.
6. Reporting and documentation of work completion.

Bidder must ensure compliance with all technical and safety standards, and submit all required documentation as specified in the tender.

3. Execute cleaning with rotary nozzles
4. Perform bullet shot cleaning
5. Inspect tubes for cleanliness
6. Document results and report

The estimated project budget ranges from ₹50 lakh to ₹1 crore, inclusive of all materials, labor, and equipment costs. The payment schedule is as follows:

• 30% advance payment upon contract signing.
• 40% after completion of 50% of cleaning work.
• 30% on successful completion and acceptance of the entire scope.

Bidders must submit a detailed financial proposal with breakups for manpower, materials, and other expenses. The bid must include the earnest money deposit (EMD) of ₹2 lakh, payable through Bank of Baroda at the specified branch. All costs should be inclusive of applicable taxes and duties.
