The selected contractor will be responsible for the following:

• Fabrication of specified materials as per Schedule-B, including MS angles, flats, channels, R/B, and GI sheets.
• Ensuring all materials meet the technical specifications provided in the tender documents.
• Providing quality control and inspection during fabrication.
• Delivery of fabricated materials to designated locations under UGVCL Visnagar.
• Adhering to safety standards and project timelines.

The process involves:

1. Reviewing tender documents and Schedule-B specifications.
2. Preparing and submitting bid documents including EMD, tender fee, and technical documents.
3. Participating in bid opening and evaluation.
4. Signing the contract and commencing fabrication work.
5. Regularly updating progress and ensuring timely delivery.

Fabrication must adhere to the following technical parameters:

• Reviewing Schedule-B specifications.
• Procuring raw materials complying with IS standards.
• Fabricating components in controlled environments.
• Conducting internal quality checks.
• Final inspection and approval by UGVCL authorities.

The estimated total cost for the fabrication works is INR 14,86,658.40. The financial proposal should include a detailed breakdown of costs for materials, labor, transportation, and overheads. Payment will be made in installments based on project milestones, with the initial payment upon contract signing and subsequent payments after completion of specified phases. The bidder must provide valid bank details and guarantee the availability of funds to complete the project within the stipulated timeline. The bid should also account for applicable taxes and duties, which will be payable as per government norms.
